Default Scheduled maintenance

Here the other day in my Z, I fired it up and turned on the stock sat-nav to see a scheduled maintenance reminder to change the oil ( had the car almost 3 months, changed it yesterday ) anyhoo, I have new oil in the car and the reminder stayed. Do I just disconnect the battery for a forced amnesia session, or is there another route I have to take?

You reset the counter in the nav system. I don't remember exactly what the process is, but you get there through the info button. You have to reset the oil and the filter separately. Mine's a 2004, so it may be different. I'll take a look after work & update.
