code
I have a 2006 Z and my friend has a 2004 model, we installed our test pipes at the same times with non-foulers, no test codes for me after a 1000 miles and the same for him. ...Check your o2 sensors..you may have damaged them.. We have Intensepowers resonated test pipes which are awesome...

When you reset your ECU.It go's threw a diagnostic procedure WHILE the car is driving the car checks each one of the sensors at differant speeds and RPM's.After I reset my Expedition it took about a week of driving to go threw them all. The O2 sensors was the last to test. All cars are differant.

All that work to try to cover violations of Federal Law - Emission Tampering provision of Clean Air Act.

dont worry getting the code read somewhere I can tell you what it is (unless you broke something else in the process of installation).

Sorry to Bump an Old thread, but with so many of these out there why make a new one right? anyway. I got a new idea and seems to be working for me so far.
I have a 2007 and as we know these are very notorious for throwing the CEL after test pipe install. after having my CEL on for a while i finally desided to take action. reading up that everyone is just stacking non foulers I desided to get creative with it and well so far it seems to be working wonderfully no CEL YET! *cross fingers*
what i did i got 2 sets of non foulers from Autozone, part number 42002 I drilled one with a 1/2" Drill bit to be able to fit the O2 sensor on it, the other one in the other hand I welded the hole shut then i took a 1/16th drill bit and drilled out a new smaller hole in the middle. I got some 00 Steel Brillo Padding from Home Depot and Stuffed it into the Welded / Redrilled non Fouler. only about half way though. I re installed the O2 sensors reset the ECM and went to town.
Usually my SES light would come on after about 25 - 50 miles of driving and Throw Codes P0420 and P0430 and well so far i drove it today for quite some time and let it idle. seems like my MPG calculator is showing positive results. as my MPG went from 86DTE when i first left my house (1/4 Tank) after a nice 13 mile drive around town i came home and had it showing 103 DTE haha i did not drive it any different so who knows what's going on but it seems to be working so far, I'll keep you guys updated.
