Default has a solution to the tire feathering issue been found?

yes i searched.. but it was a lot of posts explaining what it is, and people ranting.. is there a real solution? or do you just have to hope that the "toe" is within spec and call it a day?

also, if there is a thread about this already and someone could let me know what they searched for that'd be fine.. i tried "tire feathering" "tire feathering solution" and all the derivations of that. TIA.

edit: found the tire feathering fyi in the tech forum.. ill see if i can find any info within the 100 million pages

Yes, keep the front end aligned (toe-in) and you won't have problems. I recommend getting it check at least once a year.

If this a simple fix why is there a 5 year ongoing discussion?

Because some people may not think that there aren't any real questions in the Top 100 Questions Thread

Because when somebody hears/reads about it, but doesn't find any recent discussion on it, they wonder if it is still a problem. The fact that they don't find any recent significant discussion should tell them that it's not really a problem anymore.
