Default Help Please

I am changing out my alternator on my car..... I have gotten all the bolts out and was getting ready to take off bolts on grounds when i notice where my oil filter screws on they have something spewing out the side idk what it is it isnt oil.... Where the oil filter screws on there is a hose that connects on right there that is where the fuild is coming from... Guys please anything advice is there a seal or something that may have broke and now it spewing out?

Look to the left guys there is a pin hole idk no how that happened but what can be done to fix it?

The oil filter is screwed into the oil cooler. The cooler is water cooled.

Would it be ok to bypass my Oil cooler by connecting the 2 lines and capin the ends to the oil cooler...

I can think of a dozen things on the 350Z that you can disconnect and run safely. The oil cooler is not one.

Man, you gotta have faith in God, when buying a modern car...ECU, hoses at-
tached to the oil filter connector bolt, different tire sizes in front/back...All those components working together to provide us with a fun ride. No wonder
it's SOO expensive to get them repaired when they go bad!
