Next time, give code numbers not descriptions - but I guessing you're getting P1148/P1168. I doubt both banks of O2 sensors died at the same time so it's probably not them. It could be related to the harness, connectors, sensors, heaters and just about anything else in connections with the O2 sensors.

Done any mods recently? Changed gas brand? Worked under the car or fooled with the ECU?

It happened a long time ago, but i havent noticed any changes in performance. Nissan techs said it is prob because of my exhaust, but i never touched my O2 sensors. And i dont feel like changing out all 76(exageration) of my O2 sensors because they are expensive as hell, but thats lookin like my only choice

It would be rare that two or more of them went out at the same time, unless something fouled them or damaged them. You probably ought to test the sensors before taking the drastic step of changing them.

Got the same codes - P-1148/P-1168 plus my scan tool shows that also these 2 are pending, i.e. these are both regular DTC codes and PC (pending codes) the same time. It also shows P-1031/P-1051 in pending mode. I couldn`t even find what`s the definition of the last code...

+1. They didn't. More info needed. What are the actual codes?

Is it a closed loop issue about loop mode vs. airflow? then it's an O2 sensor issue. If it's ECT vs. IAT it's coolant vs. inlet air....

BTW, O2 sensor Bank one is driver side and O2 sensor bank 2 is passenger side.

I just got an P1168, how do you know which sensor to replace in bank 2 since there is an A/F ratio sensor and heated 02 sensor.

I think it's opposite unless the Z is different from the G manual. Bank 2 is Driver side and Bank 1 is the Passenger side sensors check out the illustration. And sensor 1 would be the front sensors that goes to the manifold or your downpipe.

1148 bank 1 >> Passenger side
1168 bank 2 >> Driver side

possible cause
-Harness or connectors (the A/F sensor 1 circuit is open/shorted)
-A/F sensor 1
-A/F sensor 1 heater
