HELP!!!! Clutch stuck to the floor!
I was in first gear and went to push the clutch in to get it out of first, pressed it in and about half way down there was no pressure and it fell to the floor and stayed there....the car stalled cuz it was in first. iwent down to the footwell and pulled the clutch back up....about a 1/4 of the way up, it will snap back to the top....but if i start to press it in, it will snap to the floor...can't figure out what the problem is...can anyone please help? thanks

Sounds like you need the master cylinder and/or slave cylinder replaced. Should be under warranty. Take it to the stealership.
just went through the same thing myself. Also, i upgraded the clutch line and fluid. figured couldnt hurt since labor was under warranty as well.
spent a little less than $100.00 for the nismo steel clutch line and motul fluid. Helps to keep the fluid from boiling, i guess.

just called dealership and asked if it was covered under powertrain warranty, they said no. then i asked what exactly is covered under the powertrain warranty and they couldn't give me a straight answer....so another question for you guys is: If it is the master cylinder and slave cylinder, will it be covered under the powertrain warranty?

No.
This is why I paid the extra 1,300 and got the full 7 year bumper to bumper.
For a Nissan, the basic warranty gives coverage for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. The powertrain warranty lasts 5 years or 60,000 miles. A powertrain warranty covers the major mechanical components while a basic warranty covers almost everything (except wear and tear parts). Once these warranties both expire, the vehicle owner is likely to need an extended warranty to prevent high automotive repair bills. In many cases, a vehicle owner discovers quickly that one repair could cost more than the cost of the extended warranty. This is the reason that extended warranties are popular among vehicle owners today.

If the dealership is denying you based on the clutch being a wear and tear item, a full warranty would not cover this either.
If a portion of the clutch is bad/defective and leaking fluid, I would push to get that covered under powertrain, and stress that it's not wear and tear, it's a part defect from the factory.
However, since your car is an '03, I would chalk this up to old/boiling clutch fluid and/or clutch line issues. Check to see if you have fluid leakage. If you don't, flush it out with some better fluid and see about upgrading your clutch line.

I'll just bump this up. Just had the same problem. The reservoir was empty when I checked ot now. When I filled if up, there was something leaking at the middle part at the bottom of the car. Now, it stopped but the reservoir is not moving. I should say I live in Edmonton and its -10 now here if that matters.
Any inputs? I plan of just having it towed to my apartment and check it tomorrow morning as the sun is almost gone now. Any inputs will be appreciated.
What can I do? Should I just go to the dealership? I just want to know you guys opinion

I had the same issue in my 07 Z. I upgraded my clutch but didn't do master and slave, shortly after I had the same exact thing happen to me that happened to you. I bought the slave and master cylinder kit from ZSpeed, installed it and haven't had a issue since.

I had that happen while I was about 50 miles away at the coast. I had to drive it back with no clutch and it's not bad. I only had to do a start from stop a couple of times and the starter had no problem starting the car in first gear with no clutch. After that, just find the sweet spot during shifts and your off and running. Mine WAS the ball pivot and yes, you do have to pull the trans to change it. I did the clutch plate as long as I was in there and it's been awesome ever since!
