I just dropped off my Z at the local dealership. I was driving on Friday when suddenly in the middle of a turn the steering wheel became extremely hard to turn. By the time I got home I was sweating my a$$ off trying to make turns. I took a look under the hood and into the Power Steering reservoir and everything was OK. I took the car to the dealer and they said that the steering pump broke and I would need a new one. They assured me that everything was under warranty and they would pay for my rental car. However, because the part is on back order, it could take around 30 DAYS to fix the car. So now I'm really pissed off since I won't have my car for half the summer. I was wondering if any of you guys had that problem before.

 

Mine just broke tonight. Not a happy camper here. Is yours fixed by this point... and how long did the install take?
