Default Battery Charger

I'm not sure what I did, I guess some light must have been up but I woke up to a dead battery today.

It's reading really low and it obviously just clicks when I try to turn it...

My question is the following:

I'm not real familiar with battery chargers and I found one here in my parents garage (which is where I'm stuck w/ no other cars for a jump) and I'm not sure how to use it. I've read the instruction and it seems simple enough, but I don't trust the instructions from the charger and it's not addressed in the Z's manual.

The charger is a Schumacher 6 & 12 V (10/30/200amp) Battery Charger.

The Z battery, like most, is grounded on the negative post correct?

Do I disconnect the battery from the car and then hook it up and leave it there for a little while? I may just wait until I can find someone who will just let me jump the car because that I'm familiar with.

Thank You

You can also put it on the 200amp setting for a jump start, then just drive it around for a little while to charge it up. Unless the battery is bad, that should be problem solved.

I'm very concerned for many people on this forum, there is a ubiquitous inferiority complex amongst the members. No one can ask a simple question without an abhorrent response of some sort.

Simple question, simple answer.

Absolutely ridiculous, I thank those of you who are emotionally mature and tempered enough to respond in a manner that's not coincident with what you would expect from a 14 year old girl. ( - Thank you Bluespecv)

This is the last time I'll be coming around the forums so those of you who want to wield your knowledge of cars by beating others down go ahead.. I'll just go to Jiffy Lube and ask for Joe Bob's opinion if I ever feel nostalgic.
