Default Drive Seat Belt to Tight...Dealer says feels "normal" to me

hey guys

so i recently just purchased a used 04 Z and have been driving it around with an uncomfortable seat belt.

- it feels too firm on my shoulder compared to the passenger side
- i know the driver side is more used, but however it shouldnt feel uncomfortable
- i have 4 other cars at home, none are this tight on me

my dublin nissan dealership experience:
- big old man comes sits in my car and says feels "normal to me"
- explained that since its not broken or not retracting they couldnt replace it
- explained the seat belt couldnt be adjusted or loosen
- the some dirty maintance guy who self proclaimed himself as the "z expert" sits in my car and says "theres nothing wrong with it" and then continues..."you can buy a new one for us to install, but we cant replace it"

NO **** i can buy a new one, i can buy a new car too u fool!!

obviously its not normal if im feeling uncomfortable driving with it, i told him i drive down to southern california with it and his response was.."i would never drive this car down there...."

the whole experience was terrible and i am just venting, back to the post...

can this be fixed or adjusted or should i try to go to another dealer with a stronger complaint?

Exactly what I was going to post, sit in another Z, maybe it's just how the Z seat belts are in general.
