Thanks for all your help leemik you were right it was that hose on the bottom of the plenum next to the butterfly. What confuses me is I never actually unplugged that hose this time around i thought I could just squeeze the gasket in there and the spacer out. The hose must have came off when I pulled the plenum partially off.

Its fixed!

If the smoke is being produced from the spilt coolant the smoke will have a very sweet rich smell to it. it wont smell like smoke your probably used to. From the sounds of it the coolant was pissing on the side of your block and steaming/smoking out underneath the car.

NOT OK.. something is still wrong....

I took it for a test drive for about 3-5 mins and it started getting a little hotter than it should so I shut it down and gave it a 30 minute break while I checked the engine. All of a sudden there was barely any coolant in the bottle it was under minimum. I walked to the store and bought some to fill it up and filled it to max.

I waited till the engine was cooled down and drove it home. As I got home again there is no coolant in there. WTF is going on...

just a shot in the dark. did you install a coolant bypass valve with your motordyne spacer? if you did, make sure there's no leaks around there.

you probably sucked air into the system with that hose. Bleed system, refill, bleed system, refill, bleed system refill. Good luck partner getting air out can be a pain in the ***.

Are you still getting "smoke" out of your exhaust?

If yes, put your hand in front of your tailpipe and see if it is really steam. Steam will condense into water on your hand.

I am draining the whole thing and refilling it all. I will bleed it out multiple times after I refill it and then just wait and hope..
