Default Need Help on clicking sound

Recently i discovered that everytime when i start driving my car in 1st gear and when i take off, i hear some strange clicking noise coming from the back wheels. I took one of the wheels off to look at it and everything seems to be normal. Has anyone else had this issue before??

Odd, mine started doing that too. Sort of like a hollow ping? Something's hitting the exhaust or subframe on mine, I believe.

Yes rear axle.

Covered under warranty 5/60k miles. Mine is getting repaired pending parts arrival. Mine is to the point where it clicks loud under soft acceleration, and decel as well.

Mine does it as well, I guess all they have to do is pull the axels, grease em up, rotate em 180 degrees then you should be good as gold. They told me they did that but it still clicks. I've been told it doesn't hurt the car in anyway, its just annoying. Not sure how true that is, either way I am going to have them look at it again for me.

Just take the car to the dealer and tell them that the rear axle is clicking. The rear axle is part of the power train.

Just to make sure you aren't wasting your time, bring a copy of the bulletin to the dealership with you. Several dealers gave owners a hard time saying the rear axle was not part of the powertrain.

i already printed a copy out and im making sure they fix this issue. the dealership here has nothing but hard heads working so convincing them to fix something is harder than expected. thanx for all theinput guys, greatly appreciated.

Well i took my car to the dealer and everything was fixed no questions asked. they were already familiar with the problem and knew exactly what i was talking about. the noise is all gone now, and it runs great.
