Default Engine Overheat Light + Leak = ???

I just got the engine overheat sign after driving the Z quite hard and immediately did whatever the Nissan manual suggest, to no avail.

I did the ECU reset, no go... The oil temp light is still on, even though I haven't driven the car for 12 hours in the Z!!!

So I decided to check for leaks and well, found a damp puddle under the car (maybe two puddles, not sure) I attached some pics of where the leak is comming from (the one I could find).

Any ideas? This is coming at the same time as my exams and definately sucks... I need info guys!

BTW, I don't see how the two can be linked... (exhaust and system temp?)

Errr is that oil coming out your exhaust? Thats bad

Check your oil level on the dipstick. You might have run out of oil.

I touched it with my fingers, the liquid is clear... Seems like water (no smell no nothing) but I'll check my oil levels tomorrow ASAP.

double check your coolant levels. the only way for water to get in the exhaust is through the head gaskets. not good.

Taste the water... If its sweet (or bitter) its coolant. If the taste is neutral, it could be water from your A/C system (assuming you were using it).
