vibrations when on Parked or during engine startup

vibrations when on Parked or during engine startup
i sometimes feel my car shaking time to time when its not running
mostly when i first the car or when im in a stop light my car shakes a little bit
is this a major problem or do i need to get an expert to fix this problem..
and when im drving like 90mph i can hear the air coming through my driver side windows... what has to be replaced and how much is it?
and it gets really really loud when im going like 130 i want it to be quiet
