Default car was hit, wheel was turned please help

heres the situation short and sweet. my car was parked and the wheels were straight. someone backed into my car and actually hit my wheel first and turned them in. it was hit very lightly and had a tiny ding on my wheel and the front fender had a dent. my question is what damage could have been done internally to my suspension or steering column? the car rides absolutely fine and doesnt seem to need an alignment at all. it was hit very lightly.

Was the steering column locked or unlocked? As long as the the car is driving straight I wouldn't worry about it.

if something happened with the suspension you would hear it popping and banging around over bumps.

if something happend with your steering column you would know it, your power steering would drop out, fluid would leak everywhere and your steering wouldn't whind back on its own when doing a U-Turn.

Sounds like to me all of your damage was on the surface. Sorry mang, good luck with things.

i would recommend you get the vehicle on a lift and visually inspect all suspension components and joints. get a pry bar and work the suspension components a bit, make sure they are nice and tight. also, make sure you arent losing air pressure in the wheel that got hit, that can get ugly quick.

damn L! sorry to hear that... i know you kept that car in mint shape.

anyway if the car is driving fine, then there shouldnt be a problem... but then again i recommend an inspection while a lift to see if there are hidden damges.
