header install

i installed DC sport headers on my 04, i just installed the o2 sensors in like they were stock or should i have put o2 sensors bung spacers so its not in the direct flow and i have crawford hi-flow cats, bungs as well???? i got a CEL light after a few weeks. did i burn out the o2's???

You have pre and post-catalytic converter oxygen sensors:

Pre-catalytic converter oxygen sensor: This sensor is usually located in the exhaust manifold. I recommend that you install the sensor directly to the manifold.


Post-catalytic converter oxygen sensor: This sensor is located after the catalytic converter. If you are going to use a non-fouler, I suggest that you use it here.

thats what i was thinking. i got the codes read and thats what is was but it didnt tell me what side was throwing the CEL but i'll just do it to both cats.
