Default Interesting issue..

Approximatley one week ago i totally stripped down the plenum assembly cleaned everything, throttle body upper lower, ports to valves everything. Re-assembled, Installed 5/16th spacer, no issues after initial start up besides rpm hovering around 1050-1100. Reset the ecu for the throttle body idle air everything. code goes away rpm settles to around 750. Turn off car, restart back to square one. Went to Dr. Venture's lab and still even after hooked up to a diag and following its Throttle body reset, no joy. Only thing that works is Idle air relearn. There is no rough idle it stays steady, but i cant hold it at a certain RPM, like 2K or 3k, and sometimes there is a lag when releasing the pedal. I have no idea what this could be..

Any Ideas?

Have you double checked to make sure all hoses and sensors were repluged in after installation?
