Default Question about my alignment specs

Hey, i just got my alignment done because my car felt unstable over bumps, kind of like it's bump steering. After the alignment it feels the same but they said it's all within spec. The spec are:

Front(L/R)
Caster: 8.7, 8.5
Camber: -0.8, -0.9
Toe: 0.05, 0.05
Total Toe: 0.10

Rear(L/R)
Camber: -1.4, -1.3
Toe: 0.1, 0.1
Thrust Angle: 0.0

Are those specs okay? Right now I'm on stock springs and shocks, but i have my hotchkis sway bars still in set to hard front, med rear. Could they be causing the bump steer/ wobble? My tires are pretty old but have been balanced recently and there's no other vibrations or shakes when i drive. What else can it be? Could it be caused by bad shocks, they are the original 03 shocks and i think they're bad. Any input is appreciated! Thanks

Hotchkis sway bars:
F 48% (2nd hole) R Med (125%)
Hard Front (4th hole) are for tracks only.

Camber F -1.30 R -2

Enjoy!

The alignment specs seem to be within Min & Max specs, however, caster on the left is near max specs - but I doubt that's causing the bump steer.

I would blame the settings on the bars.
