Default Weird Exhaust Noise...Not Sure HELP plz

Ok guys, I just installed megan racing headers, test pipes with a hks hi-power exhaust everything was fine. I decided to sell my hks hi power exhaust so i take it off. I installed a Megan Racing custom ypipe 3". put on the stock catback temporarily. I start the car up and i get this really weird ****in noise but under the car and it's really loud when i first start it up. Sounds like something is grinding or smacking against metal. I thought it could be because of the 2.25" 2.5" (not sure what it measures) catback attached to a 3inch ypipe. and the fact that im using the stock ypipe gasket cause that's all i had available at the time, but this sounds like it's coming more from the front of the car. like where the test pipes or headers are at. It also gets worsse when i drive it at low RPMS. seems to almost disappear if i run it past 3,000 rpms. Is this a backpressure problem, or what? im really lost. I'd Appreciate the help.

Thanks

and it only happened as soon as i put the stock catback on. before i ran it for 2 weeks without any problems. as soon as i attached the stock catback i got the noise like right when i started it up. so it couldnt be bad headers and plus they may be inexpensive headers but the weld and bend quality are grade A

What year is your "Zee"? Is it still under warranty? Try the stealership (& hope they don't
consider your mod' as a "crippler" [i.e. a warranty-voiding mod']).
