Default Help Needed

After installing some new lug nut studs on my passanger rear I noticed a strange noise comming from it at really low speeds slowing down.......The sounds is cyclic as if it has something to do with each rotation of the wheel.

Trying to figure out what was happening I jacked both my rears up in the air and let it idle in first. I noticed that the driver wheel spun at a consistent speed where as the passanger was somewhat "jerky" or hesistant to get spinning for a second or too. Evetually it would get some speed but every now and then it would stop then start hesitantly get spinning again and so forth. Now I have a base Z with an open diff., but is this causing the passanger wheel to do this and if so...why only the passanger? Thanks!
