There are 2 fans on the radiator, the one on the left hand side of the car as you face it operates first to cool the system. The one on the right operates in tandem when the ac is on.

Problem is I have replaced the fan motor on the right twice in the last 18 months and I really don't use the car very often, maybe once every 3 weeks or so and just for a short run no more than 20 miles each time

Does anyone else have issues with this fan motor or is it just a case of unlucky second purchase or is there an underlying fault causing the problem???
