Default Rough Idle / pop when HOTTT

So I've been feeling some knocking/popping from the clutch pedal at idle for a while now, wasn't sure what might be the problem though. Now it has gotten worse, whenever the car is HOT after either taking it to redline or just letting it sit/idle and heat soak, the car stutters very badly at idle. It drops 100-200 rpms and oil pressures drops from about 28 to 23, then it revives and returns to normal idle, then stutters again. The stutter/rough idle can be felt as a knock/pop via the clutch pedal and can be heard via change it exhaust note and a clunk type sound as the engine shakes. The problem only seems to happen when the car is heated up though, or at least it is not as noticable when the car is not as hot. Problem has not given me any check engine codes so I don't have anything to go off of. Anyone have any ideas? I'm going to try changing spark plugs, but at 34k miles and the car is stock other than intake, I don't think the plugs would be bad.

when its heated up? oxygen sensor, catalytic converter, plug, injector, fuel pump are a few things that tend to "act up" when warmed up, keep us updated

Thanks, I'll try resetting the ECU and throttle body position. The car has a ram air intake, I changed the filter today since the other one was in poor shape, it helped a little (probably because more cold air is getting through the intake to help cool things down) Ill look into the other things listed too. Also, after changing the filter it seemed to act just fine, but I put the car through its paces to see how it responded and it started acting up again. Appreciate the help!

While looking for a way to reset the ECU and throttle position I came across this thread, which was missed by all of the searching I have done this past month! Sounds like the exact same problem I am having. Hopefully I can find a fix and report back on this!
