I had an '03 that I had difficulty filling up. I sold the car a while back, but I just kind of dealt with it. I heard it was an issue they'd fixed, though. Supposedly.

Now my '08 did it to me once. Same gas station I always went to with my old 350, I make a hard left at the light and another into the station. I wonder if that's related.

But I got about 10 - 12 gallons into it, it shut off, and I stood there for 5 minutes trickling a tiny bit of gas into it to get it full. Just like my old 350. I guess some things never change?

 

it happened to me a while back they replaced the fuel sending or ascending unit and it was fixed. it would be full and not go above half a tank in the gauge..
