I hope the subject did not throw anybody off, but I am looking at getting Nissan to replace my z. My saga is in this thread if you are interested.

What I am wondering, has anybody ever persued the lemon law car replacement , and if so how did you make out. Once Nissan replaces my tranny for the third time, which they agree needed replacing each time. What happens next if I persue replacing the car. I have a formal complaint with nissan, and an open ticket with the bbb, I just am not sure what will happen.
