OK, I tried resetting the airbag light, but it didnt work. I took apart the steering wheel and none of the clips that I could see were broken. everything was plugged in and looked good. All the horn fuses check out too. Wtf could it be? Is the horn disabled when the airbag light comes on? This is driving me nuts!

 

Oh yea, this happened after removing a turbo kit. Perhaps the steering column turned too much? But none of the clips got pulled out or broke.

 

the horn shouldnt be disabled if the light comes on i know because i have had my liight come on before and horn still worked.

 

I took apart the whole combo switch behind the wheel and found that my spiral cable has broken. Does anyone know what part number it is or anywhere I can order besides nissan?
