when I start my 04 manual the rpm's drop when I let my foot off the clutch by a few hundred rpm's. It caused it to stall a while back, what do you think?

do you have an intake? or knn filter?
Had the same problem you might need to clean your cenor. Theres one on your intake held by screws and there electricle wires coming from it. Cleaning your throttle body helps to. Ill ask my old ladies dad because hes a top notch mechanic, but i think you use brake cleaner. unscrew the cencor spray the hell outa it then put it back in. then remove the tube (hose clamps) and spray the hell outa your throttle body put it back together and your car will sound like its not going to start then itll start hard then you should be alright.

yea the oil on a filter tends to get sucked threw your tubes and gunk up the intake and throttle body so im going to say thats a probable cause. i got the knn drop in but it has the same kind of oil (sorta) i havent talked to my mec yet when i do ill let you know what he thinks.
