Default Help: Tail lights stop working

hey guys i was replacing a bulb in my tag light and when i plug it up i saw a spark and then my tag light and my taillights went out. My brake lights still work just the running lights dont work nor does the tag light. I looked at all the fuses and they all seem to be fine under the dash and hood. Can anyone help me. I didnt see a fuse for the lights but i know there prolly is one. So can someone plz give me some helpful advice. thanks

the fuse was blown in the fuse box behind the battery. I had to remove the battery then remove all the plastic and replace a 10amp fuse. I never even new there was one back there til i did a little research....
