Default Check engine code, and ABS, Slip, TCS light on

I had my car checked at Auto Zone and they gave me a P1574 code what exactly is this?. I also have another problem with my ABS, TCS and Slip lights on. I took to nissan and they ran a test and they said that I need a new ABS Pump because its not pressurizing like it should yet they didnt show a P1574 code on the paper work they gave me.... 1600$ for this part... But the lights turned on when I put bigger rear tires on.. And when I switched back to the tires I had on the light didn't go out.. Anyone have any information on this? I don't trust dealerships.

Sounds like somebody damaged one of the wheel speed sensors when they put the new wheels/tires on.
