Damn bro that sux! Ive seen some people on here do some kind of patch and then re-resign it and then you would have to re-clear the whole hatch.
I would call your local speed shop and see who they know who can work with carbon fiber.

Well its not mine.. It was kinda given to me.. lol So I am trying to think if it will be worth repairing it... Worth it? Or junk it? (i mean acouple hundred bucks to repair compared to about a grand or more to buy a new one right? -_-

You can probably find for $500 used... PM Manny on the OZOC forums. Hes worked with cf before and might be able to help you out a little. But yeah it will never match perfectly anymore.

It is fixable. The fact that it goes up to the seal is gonna be a pain, and you will have to reclear but for free I would surely take it. Good luck!
PS wear a respirator and gloves. CF is nasty.....

Carbon cloth $40
Resin $70
Clearcoat $60
Check Ebay for these materials, or google search "carbon cloth" there are many suppliers and you might be able to get a grab bag of some scraps much cheaper than $40 since you dont need too much cloth for that repair.
If you already have a paint gun, compressor and related stuff I would say roughly around $200 and a few days (for CF resin to cure). its gonna be hard to get the weave to line up but if you get the right twill you should be able to blend it in.

Looking at where the hole is.. I would maybe do what the others said. Bondo it real clean and then paint it from that part down the color of your car and leave the top parts carbon like a fade.
