Default License Plate holes in bumper. Can they fix?

I dont know why, but my Z had a front license plate bracket when I took delivery. I *assumed* (never assume, makes an *** out of u and me ) that it was one of the "no holes required" brackets. I was wrong.

After removing it the next day, 2 nice size holes. Even worst, whoever put a front plate in there tightened the bolts against the body and dug into the bumper.

My dealer uses a guy from a local body shop for repairs. He comes in on Fridays. Would it even be worth asking him to fix this? I mean, is it possible to repair this and make it look like factory again? I would rather put a front plate on there than have it even more hacked up. Hopefully, someone resolved this issue before
Thanks

Got my dealer to fix the gouges that you speak of, but couldn't budge him on repairing the holes. FYI.

When I got my car, they had already put the plate on. So I made it part of the deal that they would repair it. I think it looks better than stock now as stock has the two little divits to tell the guy installing the bracket where to drill.

$25 bucks for little hole fillers? Geez....
Where does the gouging ever end...
My dealer did the same and offered to cover the repair then reneged.

I had the exact same thing done to the front of my Z- took some up front phone calls and visits to the dealer, then they agreed to "fix" the gouges. came back to a front end that now had painted scratches instead. hmmm. after hassling with them i now have a work order to repair the bumper. by the way- i talked to the 3rd party guy that comes Tues/Thurs to do paint work and on the side he said he could prolly include the plate holes in the same price, since everything to fix is right there. you might want to ask the paint/body man one on one. good luck!
