Default Front compression/radius rod replacement help

Again, another thing wrong with my 04 Z. The bushings on them are shot and i really need them replaced. The dealer quoted me at $600 parts and labor to replace both of them. Shops had no idea what I was talking about but would 'research it'. That makes me nervous.

Are these something I can do relatively easy? Anyone have a general guide or advice on the difficulty of this?

any help is appreciated.

thanks.

Install is straight forward even if you are slightly mechanically inclined. Main thing you will need is a breaker bar, a socket set, n PB Blaster spray lubricant.

the rods are not particularly difficult to change with a factory service manual - they also aren't all that expensive to replace either

for the inner bushings which are the ones that tend to tear, we have the Whiteline ones coming back into stock hopefully soon
