Exclamation Another Clutch Issue Thread

My GF & I were driving around today in the city. 30 Minutes into the ride, my clutch started to get softer & it started engaging closer & closer to the floor every time I shifted. Then the clutch would only come back halfway up. I had to start pull it all the way up with my foot. I never lost function of the clutch but I was getting worried. I stopped at a Best Buy for about 30 minutes. Came back out & left. The clutch felt fine again on my way home. After 10 minutes, it started getting soft again & seemed like it was gonna stop halfway up again. Has anybody experienced this before? If so, can you give some advise on what I should do?

from what i gather you could have air in your clutch lines. time to bleed the hell out of them. if that doesnt work, it could be your clutch master cylinder going out. im not expert but im having issues as well and ive been doing a lot of reading plus i stayed at a holiday inn express last night.

I mostly drive it on the weekends. It's an '05 with approx 38K miles. I've never messed with the clutch. How does air get in the lines? What would cause the master cylinder to start going out. I pretty much baby this thing except every great once in a while, I would open her open.
