Tire feathering (premature tire wear on inside caused by improper factory alignment) and a faulty transmission (gears grind, usually 3rd but can vary). Not every 03 is affected, Keep in mind. Try to find an 04. Also, Search this forum to find a wealth of info on these subjects. Good luck with your purchase

Yeah, we had to search forever to find the right car at the right price, and ended up having to go 80 miles away to look at one, and 4.5 hours of negotiation later, we got our low milage '04 for a great price... Keep hunting!

my loan budget is tight, as in i can basically afford any used z ive been toying with the rev ups...i am young tho and i dont want to get in a large loan payment right now. i am looking to build the car, so i want some extra cash flow to do that rather than spending it all on car payments and insurance. (under 25 male single 3 tickets is expensive full coverage)

found a great 04 performance...dealer thinks its the base but i called the local nissan dealer in that area(car is 600 miles away), and they confirmed the model. also, as luck would have it, they had just done a 24 point inspection a month before i called them. car is, as far as nissans inspection goes, in perfect condition(apart from the ever important COIN HOLDER not opening), and the price is great low miles. woo!
