Default Airbag light after steering wheel install

I would like help, from someone that has experienced a flashing airbag light after installing a steering wheel? I installed an aftermarket steering wheel and im having problems resetting the airbag light. When i bought the steering wheel it came with a (#2)fuse that has two wires running from it, that are supposed to complete the circuit. the airbag has two plugs that i disconnected. I went to radio shack an bought resistors for the other plug. But im still having trouble. AIR BAG LIGHT JUST FLASHING REPEATEDLY.

Default airbag

Well i will have to plug in the airbag tomorrow and see what happens. If the light goes off then if could not be the clock spring. I'm hopping that you are wrong on that one.
