Default Anyone get their '03 z recalled?

Ever since I bought my car the tranny has a rattling sound. It does happen all the time but usually I notice it most after a long drive home. I found that the 2003 had three recalls. One for engine & engine cooling, one for exterior lighting, and one for the fuel system. You can read more at

I don't know if this is old news to everyone, but I've heard that the '03 models had recalls but never looked it up until now. So my question is whether there is a due date or not for recalls. I tried to google this, but no luck. Plus not much time on my hands. Anyone take thier car in?

I know of no time limit for a recall. Visit Nissan. They will run the VIN and see if the recalls have been accomplished.

I think there is a time span. Call Nissan/North America to ask about recall eligibility. 1-800-647-7261

Safety and emissions related recalls are enforcable "forever". Others are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
