Default Throw out bearing?

Well I drove about 13 hours to North Carolina for Zdays, and about an hour from the place my clutch started to grind as I was releasing, I spoke to one of the guys from injected performance and he told me it was the throw out bearing. Anybody have any ideas as to what else might be causing the problem? Someone else told me that it might be the transmission, but I can't see it being the tranny because it shifts fine, no grinds, no slipping. I am just looking for some help. Thanks in advanced

If the injected performance guys told you it was the throwout bearing... im guessing its probably the throw out bearing.

sounds like you already got some professional advice, why do you want to know what else it could be? are you hoping to hear a cheaper solution?

Not even a cheaper solution, I was just told by a few other people that it could be my transmission only because I do rpm matching so I don't even have to use the clutch, that is why I think it might be something else

Doesn't rev-matching put additional stress on the throw out bearing or does it not engage without the clutch?

To be honest I don't know if it puts additional stress on the throw out, but maybe I should have looked into a little more before I started doing it, Iam just hoping I don't have to replace the transmission, and it is only the throw out that needs to be replaced......this is my first time actually posting on the forum and I have to say thank you to everyone who has helped me out on this topic, I'll let you all know how it goes after this weekend, I will get to put it on a lift and take a look at it finally
