Default cigarrette lighters not working, please help!

I was installing a laptop in my car, I got behind my stereo hooked up the wires and stuff. I finish, I turn the car on, and NEITHER of my 2 cigarette lighters are working I had 1 iphone cable plugged in one and the laptop 19v converter in the other one. I have plugged the laptop in a 1996 honda accord before, no problems. Is is just the fuse? Do I just go out and buy a random fuse and replace it? Its both the lighters, so I'm guessing the fuse controls both? One last thing, Messing with the radio should not have done anything right? Meaning, I couldn't have pulled a cable by accident that messed up both lighters? Thanks, any help is appreciated.

First off I would look in your manual for the location of the cigarette lighter fuse, check the fuse to see if it is blown, then replace if it is indeed blown. If not let us know....

its very possible its the fuse check under your dash on the left side there are fuses(the small kind) and on the cover it'll tell you which fuse is for what. its recommended to change the fuse to the correct number fuse.

It is the fuse. There should be an extra or two in there. Use one.
