Default Krazy glue on spash guards

hey guys, my wife recently drove my car and hit something pretty big and it damaged my left rear splash guards. there was a big gap between the bumpers and the guard itself so my wife tried to hide it from me by using krazy glue so there wouldnt be a gap. any suggestions to remove it? some might say getting new guards but i think they only sell them in pairs and if there is a cheaper fix, im all for it. the krazy glue got on the bumper itself also. anyway, here are the pics. thanks guys, i really appreciate it.

Fingernail polish remover. The acetone will release the glue.

Go to the hobby shop and get some CA remover. Its made to remove "super glue" type glue and wont mess up your paint.

acetone will probably also melt the splash guard and the bumper if you aren't careful.

Splash guards are cheap. If you are not careful you might end up with a bill bigger than the cost of a pair of splash guards.

With all apologies to the ladies here, my wife only rides in my Z. She does not drive it. One of two things would happen if she did: curbed wheels or bent wheels. And now I have to worry about busted splash guards.

A set of rear guards is like $55 prepainted. That is not too bad of a price to pay to get rid of the unsightly glue on the guards. The glue on the bumper would be MY main concern.

I actually took off my guards 2 years ago and prefer the look of the car without them on. It's a quick easy mod and if you don't like it, you can easily replace them with a couple twists of a screwdriver.
