Default Dealer Runaround

I'm getting that popping sound under the right wheel well that some of us have been experiencing. My understanding is that it is a simple tightening of the upper control arm bolts. The dealer says that they can't find the problem. They greased the stops and told me that it was fixed. Obviously I drove it home and the first U-turn I made... POP! The technician I spoke to said he hasn't come across this problem yet. Anyone know any dealerships in New York with a little more experience with Z cars? Also my hood is a little crooked, so I asked the same guy to align it. He says that there is no alignment screws for the Z. Is he telling the truth? He is either too busy or he doesn't know what he's doing. Either way I'm not making any progress here in getting my car fixed. Any help would be appreciated, especially with a good Z tech. in New York.
