why don't you go check your dealership. maybe you can get it fixed for free, if not you will know how much to get it fixed. Try doing a search here. I think there was one thread where it was mention that over 12K you would have to pay.
Just read the 1048 replys on the feathering post...you'll get many hours of excellent feather reading...good luck. Your dealer should not be shocked when you ask for new tires...no one should be at this point I think...
Best bet would be to talk to dealer. They would have to be real ****** to turn you away with just over 12k on the odo. If they do, come back with all the posts about tire feathering printed out. Then take it to the service manager. If they still deny you, call NNA
By the way, this is why it's a very good idea to get your tires checked for irregular wear prior to the 12k mark. Not trying to make an example out of boobytoucher here, just trying to advise.
