Default Loud grinding sound from front of car?

Ok so heres what the car is doing... Between 5 and 25mph there is a fairly loud grinding/humming sound coming from the front of the vehicle.

After 25mph is stops making noise which would lead me to believe that its not the tires because they would "usually" keep making noise louder and at a faster pace if there was a flat spot or something... I just had the breaks pads replaced and both of the front wheel hub/bearings replaced, same noise.

The car makes the noise under any circumstance... in any gear, in neutral, clutch engaged or disengaged, on the brakes or off the brakes, on the gas or off the gas.

Also I tried going down a gravel road to see if it was the tires again... because there is less friction between gravel and tire than between tar and tires... and it STILL makes noise.

So basically as long as the car is moving at a speed between 5 and 25mph on any surface, it makes this noise.

Any thoughts before I send it to the dealership?

It sounds like one of your underside panals is dragging the ground. Look under the car.

Nope, anything said here is speculation without putting hands on. Could be anything.... brake drag, wheel bearing, front counterweight fell off, aliens. Anything, sorry. What you need is a second set of ears hanging out the window to isolate where it is.
