How do I get Nissan to replace my tires?
Well I took my car in because of the tire "roar" I have when breaking, they said it was tire wear and he even mentioned cupping. They did NOT to the TSB repair or anything, they just quoted me $500 for new tires!!!!!!!!!!!
How should I go about this? I've read other threads where not only did they do the TSB fix but also replaced the tires for free. My car has 20,000 miles i don't know if that makes a differece. Maybe I should go to a different dealer.
Do I have to call NNA? PLEASE HELP! thanks.

I think you'll have a problem after 12 months, 12000 miles. You can try calling Nissan, but you definitely need an alignment (and pray they get it right!!) and will probably have to spring for the new tires yourself.
