Default just did my driving belts

hey guys I just had my friend change both my driving belts at his dads shop. everything looked good when we drove of the shop. I came home and left the car sit there for about 2 hours. I was about to go to the gf house when I hear a mild squeaky noise. My friend told me it might need some tightening. Can I drive with the car like that? will there be any problems. It only happens when I leave the car alone for some minutes and then start it.

A cold belt may slip until it is warm. Its OK. I will caution about over-tightening belts.

Dirty pulleys or oil/fluid contamination on the belts/pullies can cause squealing. Does it squeak regardless of the AC being turned on or off? The belt for the AC compressor is separate from the ALT/PS belt.
