Default Engine running rough in cold

First couple of weeks of owning my 03 350z had warm weather and had great acceleration and a smooth ride. I picked up the car from Florida and live in Delaware. Ever since the cold weather hit the engine has been running rough. I don't warm the car up what might add to the problem. I have a Stillen Stage III SC wondering if car needs to be retuned due to living in cold weather vs. Florida. Car has rough acceleration and SC doesn't seem to kick in until higher RPM's. Any advice would help.

It is always good to let the engine warm up before driving. I am not a pro but i would assume that having a S/C and not warming up the car would result in a rough ride. Have you tried starting the car for about 10 minutes and then driving? It is also recommended that you let the car warm up so that the oil is at optimal temperature before driving.

No haven't tried to let it warm up over a minute just start it up and go. I guess it's a bad habit never have warmed up any of my other cars, but then again never felt a difference because it was cold with them. I'll have to wait for the roads to be cleared of snow and try it then.

Sucks dude, you know delaware, rough weather + rough roades = rough ride

Yeah man just try warming up the car first. I live in DE to but I'm in Vermont till thursday, sucks that I missed the storm but it's not like I could go anywhere in the z anyway.

let it warm up , when I drive my car without warming it up it really hesistates when I take off. When I push down on the pedal feels like its ready to fall apart. I always warm it up for atleast 6 to 8 minutes

+1. If I don't warm my car up, my car sort of "jerks" when depressing the clutch. It's as weird clunking sound, but it doesn't matter when I warm my car for about 5 minutes, or until the oil gauge points at the middle.

DE is a lot different atmospher than florida. Humidity, temp, elevation (well, that could be close).

If it was 80 in florida and only 40's in DE then that's a huge difference. You are probably running really lean. The colder the air the more dense=lean. If you don't have a wideband to watch it then i would have it retuned.

My tune is way different in the summer than the late fall (30's and 40's) here in indiana.

This is what I was thinking just wasn't sure. I have a windband and vac/boost guage on order waiting for it. Probably won't drive it again until new year will be in Colorado on snowboard trip the week after Christmas. Thanks for everyone's input.
