Default Power Steering not working!!

I relocated the power steering cooler on my Procharged Z and now the power steering is making strange grinding noises at times when turning. Also, while in a turn, the power steering comes on for just a moment then the steering wheel gets hard to turn. I followed Prochargers procedure to bleed the lines (rotate the Power steering pulley backwards a few times). Any thoughts? For now I will have to live with using my might to turn the wheel. HELP!!!

The way I "bleed" the lines is to let the car idle and turn the steering wheel lock to lock once or twice to let all the air bubbles come out (reservoir cap is loosened). Then check the level and add more oil.

sounds like your power steering pump isn't functioning properly
