Default Service Engine Soon blinks!

I have a 2003 350z with a GReddy twin Turbo pushing 5 lbs of boost. The service engine soon light comes on every once in a while. I was told that it would do that every now and again. Now, it is blinking! It will not go away. What should I look at?

Correct if it flashes it means bad misfire. Do NOT drive your boosted car with a misfire. Check you plugs one might have gone bad or a coil pack may have failed.

he just says the light is on...it would be very obvious if the car is misfiring so seems like he would have said that but idk..

op is the car misfiring? scan the code and see what it says for a start... i also would not rule out the cats if the car has cats on it if its not misfiring

I am new to turbo's. How would I know if it misfires? I don't think it is; however I am not sure. When I drove it last night, the light was not blinking.

having a misfire has nothing to do with being turbo..It is when all cylinders are not firing and it is missing a cylinder or two or 3 or whatever...u need to scan the code with a obd scanner...Does the car spit and sputter or run perfectly fine? sound any different?
