Brief background, utec died and car was dead, towed to shop. After some brief troubleshooting i came to find that Utec was failing to send signal to ecu. Anyways now it has a haltech in it, but when hooked up to pc , the pc fails to identify it. Then more trouble shooting I found connector B1 and C1 had no power. Car Cranks but doesn't fire up. I found that fuse number 82 on IPDM was blown, i replaced it, which gave power to B1, I checked all fuses and found nothing else. Connector 119 on ecu harness powers C1 and is not receiving power. Troubleshooting via service manual led me to the IPDM again, the fusible links are good, only thing left is the ECM relay, but is part of the IPDM. Any suggestions would be great before i drop the money to get a new IPDM. All voltages were checked with a volt meter, Car is an 03.
