Default Clutch pedal sticking down and not wanting to come back up

so on the first warmer day of driving my '06 Z which I purchased in December after a few shift the pedal is not wanting to come all the way back up and I have to lift it up with my foot. I found this topic in search:
https://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-...do-i-do-2.html
but it never really seemed to get a solid answer, is it as simple a changing out the clutch fluid? it has an aftermarket clutch (maybe Nismo) I'm guessing because there is a good amount of chatter but it hasn't really had this issue until today when it got warm. Thanks For The Help.

Change out the fluid and switch to a stainless steel clutch line. You can get them for under 100 bucks shipped. My 06 had the same problem during the warmer months. Problem fixed.

I'd say clutch fluid as well, really needs to be changed every 25k miles or so. There is no mention of changing the clutch fluid in the service schedule and I think that is why this is such a common problem.

I also encountered that problem but what I did was adjust the clutch a tad higher. doesn't do it anymore. That symptoms on mine were i didn't go all the way up. It settle about an 1inche lower than it should be.

that's what mine does, it will engage but barely and doesn't come all the way up, where do I adjust it just to be tighter? because there was a point today where i kicked the pedal alittle to the brake side and it worked better for a short time.
