More progress! Installed the Intake, tailights and removed the center console. Also had a few questions:

1) What is the blinking green light below the Steering Wheel? Is it factory security?
2) What is the shock sensor? Is it aftermarket?
3) In the fuse box, I'm missing soem "FL50" fuses, I found something called "Female MAXI fuses" online, are these the ones?
4) Will the missing seat heater cause the power seats to not function? (I couldn't get my seatbelts out for this reason)
5) next to the throttle body is a screw hole... should I have something there?
6) Where exactly is the Diagnostic Sensor Unit? I took out the center console but am still unsure of where to look... pics:

The shock sensor probably works in tandem with that aftermarket alarm then

It's going haha. The Front end is together, fired the car up and runs all right. But I ran into a snag while trying to swap out the belts and airbag module:

My power seats don't seem to work, and the seats are positioned in such a way (fully reclined), that I can't get to the back two bolts of the passenger seat to get the belts out. This weekend I'll try trouble shooting the seats, cleaning the switches, tapping the motors.

But other than that, its just waiting for the airbag components.

[UPDATES]

- Power seats still didn't work after re-checking connections, tapping the motors or blowing air through the switches. Next step I will grab some electric cleaner and get to work on the switches inside.

- Radiator fans turned on after the car warmed up (took ~10 min)

- Couldn't install front splash guards because the clips I picked up from autozone were too small =(

- Powersteering fluid is good now, reservoir is full and worked through, and drive belts sound a little funny but not too much to be worried about.

- Gauges inside can't read anything, so I'm assuming I'm missing a bunch of sensors

- Hood latch is rusted shut, need a new one.

- PROBLEM: Lug locks on the wheels -____- Going to have to break them, does anyone know what size lugs stock 03' track takes?

- Also can anyone identify those connectors at the bottom? I assume one is an ambient temp sensor, and one is a second horn, but the other two?

Goodies still to go on:

Looks like water was in the car. Track models comes with Brembos and Rays wheels and non powered seats.
You may have a touring.
I used a 11/16 [i think..but def not metric] to tap over the locks then easy removal.
The first connector looks like temp sensor
Second is AC and the third is water reservoir level

Your right haha, it is a touring. I'll tap over them this weekend, and I found some reasonably prices temp and AC sensor on rockauto/courtesy. just for verification, these are the correct sensors right? :

http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=942086 <- Temp
http://www.courtesyparts.com/92136n-...tml?cPath=714& <- A/C

and I couldn't find where to plug in the water reservoir level, i'll keep looking. it should be on the bottle right?

I also have another issue, I'm keeping the car in a friends driveway as my apartment has no driveway, and their landlord wants it out in a week. As far as I know you need the two week notice to schedule the salvage -> clean inspection, to get registration + plates, correct?

I'm thinking my only option is to tow it, or slap on different plates/reg and cross my fingers.

The water level sensor plugs under the bottle between the 2 pumps.

One of my cars will not start and the temp sensor reads -22 even after changing out.
Down here you can schedule an appointment without completing those little issues.
You will need receipts for major body, running gear or structural components only. [airbags rad support etc and lights receipts did not count]
You can insure the car and get a 10 day temp tag to drive to the center...or locate an enclosed garage for temp rental.
