Help!

I have removed the Needles including the speedo needle to change my gauge face, now I cant get it to read the correct speed, its STUCK at 0 and it wont move once i'm driving .... Please can someone help!!!!

Hopefully someone who has done the Led Conversion ... or gauge face change All I was trying to do was change the MPH to KM - Now im scared i might have to replace the whole lot ..... HELP Please!!!

 

I have not done the LED conversion on the Z but have done it on other cars - how did you remove the needle? and how much pressure did you use to put it back on? Just a little too much pressure will damage the servo motor for the needle...every time I see someone who's gauges do not move after removing the needle, it was because they pressed them back on too hard. As for how to fix that, I believe a new cluster is on order? Sorry bud, hope you figure it out!
