Seems to be alot mentioned on this but no definites

Car no mods made. 70k. 2004.

Replaced bank2 o2 sensor 1
Replaced plugs

car runs smooth, no idle issues, no hesitation.

Cleared code p1283. Keeps coming back after 40-50 miles.

Seems to be a tsb for nissans in this year

Does anyone know about the TSB and what the recommended fix is. Read something about computer self-learning. Is clearing codes the same as self-learning?

If anyone can lend some insight. I'm lost at this point and really don't want to take a bath at the dealer.

I had the same code come up on my car like 3 months ago. I had like 77k on my car then. When you say you replaced the plugs, what plugs are you referring to?
